Dr. Saima Amin

Dr. Saima Amin is an Associate Professor in the Department of Pharmaceutics, School of Pharmaceutical Education and Research, Jamia Hamdard, New Delhi, India. She completed her Ph.D on Transdermal Drug Delivery from Jamia Hamdard, New Delhi. Dr. Amin has more than fifteen years of teaching experience to undergraduates, post graduates and doctoral students. She has almost seventy international publications to her credit and has presented her research experiences at various national and international forum. She has authored several book chapters for doctoral students. Currently she is involved in drug delivery through nano-carriers and has successfully completed research projects sanctioned by University Grants Commission and Department of Science and Technology, Delhi. Dr. Saima is an active member of federating bodies such as Indian Pharmaceutical Association (IPA), Association for Pharmaceutical Teachers of India (APTI) and Indian Pharmaceutical Graduate Association (IPGA). She is the editorial member of various journals related to drug delivery. Dr. Amin has also been conferred with Young Scientist Award by Department of Science and Technology (DST), India.
