IPA-DSB Regulatory Forum
The Regulatory Forum of IPA-DSB will be responsible for participation in the legislation-related activities which govern all aspects of drugs, including research, quality control, sales, manufacturing and distribution, in both proactive and reactive manner. Regulatory Forums will also share all the draft amendments of primary legislations dealing with drugs such as Drugs & Cosmetics Act, gazette notifications and regulatory updates among all IPA (Delhi State Branch) members. Another responsibility is to coordinate with all the officers of the drugs control department across the country and to actively associate with national authorities for international harmonization of drug legislations.
